If you are not completely satisfied with your MURCIA Matte Clay for any reason, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we will make it right — whether that means a replacement or a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email us at murciacollective.ca@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps.
3. Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
