Thank you for shopping with MURCIA. We currently ship to Canada and the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders over $75 CAD qualify for free shipping.

• Canada: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch
• United States: typically 5–10 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
