All sales are final. We don't accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. The one exception is an order that arrives damaged or tampered with.

We don’t accept returns and we don’t issue refunds, including for opened, unopened, single-jar, or 4-pack orders. Please make sure you’re ordering the right format and quantity before you check out.
Arrived damaged or tampered with
The one exception: if your jar shows up cracked, with a broken seal, leaking, or otherwise looks tampered with, email us a photo within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll send a free replacement. No return shipping needed, no charge.
Something wrong with your order?
Email murciacollective.ca@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll get a replacement out to you.
