Murcia Matte Clay is a cosmetic styling product, used at your own risk. As with any personal care product, we recommend a patch test before first use, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a skin condition or reaction, stop use and check with a doctor.

Use this site for its intended purpose: browsing and buying product. Don’t misuse it, including attempting to disrupt the site, scraping it at scale, or using it for anything unlawful.

Everything on this site, including the Murcia name, logo, product photography, and written content, belongs to Murcia Collective. Please don’t reproduce or reuse it without asking us first.

Murcia Collective isn’t liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the product or this site, to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing here limits any rights you have that can’t legally be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
